Notice of claim should be send in the case of damage to the cargo, immediately after discovery of the damage (in case of visible damages), and, at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the cargo.Please note that only claims presented within the indicated time limit will be accepted by Silk Way West Airlines.

Notice of claim should be send in the case of non-delivery of the cargo, within 120 (one hundred and twenty) days from the date of issue of the air waybill, or if an air waybill has not been issued, within 120 (one hundred and twenty) days from the date of receipt of the cargo for transportation by the Carrier.Please note that only claims presented within the indicated time limit will be accepted by Silk Way West Airlines.
